Because it's common knowledge that if you keep your caps lock key HELD DOWN THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE ARGUMENT LIKE SO, resort to the use of needless swearing and profanity because it's too goddamn hard for your retarded piece of shit ass to talk through the fucking situation at hand in a laidback manner, and call upon your exclamation mark army to aid in your battle, YOU, MOST DEFINITELY, CERTAINLY, AND WITHOUT A DOUBT, WIN. IT'S THAT EASY.
With all seriousness, regardless of a person's age, mental state, mood, etc., there is no excuse to be had for pointlessly extreme behavior. There has never been one occasion in the history of the internet where a scenario such as "UR A FUCKKIN PUSSY SHET, Y DONT U COME OVA HEER N SAY DAT 2 MAH FAEC MODDERFUKKER N C WAT HAPPENS, ILL RIP UR GUTS OUT B4 U GET DA CHANCE 2 DO NEFING" has ever resolved a conflict effectively, and I don't know about you, but I don't see there ever being one anytime soon. It's surprising that the people who showcase behavior akin to this never noticed that simply owning up to what you've done without quarrel actually gets you somewhere and more people will respect you for being acceptable, rather than parading around internet space in protest with your panties in a twist due to your unexplainable fit of rage, which does nothing to help your cause and effectively turns you into a lulzcow that only a true white knight could continue to take seriously.
This can apply to anyone basically, but usually it's drama queens who cannot take what doesn't have a purely positive connotation, and internet tough guys who think they sound so intimidating and cool because they know how to use two particular keys on the keyboard and they learned a few new words recently.
Tl;dr, no matter who you are, what the situation is, or what is potentially wrong with you, you still have a functioning brain, and at least a little self-control. You should know what to do from there.

I don't mind using caps lock and I don't mind how many exclamation marks you use but I really don't care for it when it's used to hurt people or make them angry...
