k, so I asked in a poll what Eeveelution I should draw next, and the most popular vote when I checked was Umbreon, so I finally finished this. Took me a while, but I think it turned out great, to be honest. Even though I got very lazy with the background. It looks awkward anyway 
I never did something where both the character(s) and the background were properly detailed though, and it didn't turn out so shabby. There's still a lot that should need working on that I can see, but a critique would help, so dun be afraid to point out what looks off, I'd appreciate that. c:

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactHoly Gaia Jess, of all the artwork I've seen you do, this one is by far one of your most impressive works yet. The lighting texture you did with the moon and the buildings are amazing and the you took the time to actually add in some sweet detail with the roofs of the houses shows that you spent quite some time doing this. Umbreon looks defined and you love what you did with the eyes Maybe the stars could have used a little more work, but its a minor detail at best. Great work as usual Jess and I hope to see more of it in the future!
